The Greenville Show started out just as frustrating as the Atlanta show. We met a great group of people and it turned the entire weekend around!
Friday: Sky needed a little trim, but managed to get 2nd place.
Saturday: Sky wanted no part of a show ring, she was very bouncy. The judge hated her mouth, and thus we were third.
Sunday: With some adjustments, Sky did much better and claimed first in the puppy class, then she went on to claim the Reserve spot.
We went to Atlanta on Saturday. Sky was crated for most of the event to preserve her leg. I think all that "bottled up" energy showed in the ring. She needed to walk a bit before the show, but we had to choose and she may not have been able to go in the ring if she had walked.
Good News: She got second place! She beat her sister Jersey Girl.

Well.....we went to Ladsen and we did not show. Sky had a small limp and was feeling under the weather. We went to the show and watched the only Wheaten, who is the #1 Wheaten in the country right now!
Summerville was nice and we did a little shopping and made the most out of a failed roadtrip!

Sky went to the Cabin Fever Match in Charlotte, put on by the Piedmont Kennel Club. There were no other Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers there. She competed in the terrier group with a Minuature Schnauzer, Border Terrier, and a Norfolk Terrier.
This was the best Sky has done so far to date. She walked just perfect, keeping her head up, and stacked just lovely. One problem was she lunged at the Norfolk a couple of times, however no agression was show. Good Job SKY!!!!!
